Birds are flawless flying machines. In order to fly, and for this purpose alone, ALLAH (swt) designs for them hollow, light-weight bones and strong breast muscles that move these bones to be utilised together with feathers capable of suspension in the air. Wings are formed aerodynamically, and the metabolism is in tune with the bird's need for high levels of energy. It is obvious that the bird is a product of a certain design.

All of you need to do a Google search of "bird evolution," "bird origins," and "feathered dinosaur." There are a number of fossil discoveries proving that birds evolved from dinosaurian ancestors. There is even an animal that had wing feathers on all four legs! So, I guess God isn't quite so perfect, if he had to experiment a lot before designing the bird as we know it.
Btw, I am puzzled by #4. Does God have nothing better to do than keep track of millions of birds and make sure they don't fall out of the sky? If so, then why do I see dead birds on the ground? Is God falling asleep?

It is god that had choose the structure of the bird and gave them instincts to fly and god made gravity and physics and the rest is science. And you ask too many questions.
