To me, the most dangerous form of martial art is the Chinese Kempo. Mind you, all forms of martial arts can be lethal. Now, on Ansatsuken, I am not sure, but here is a reference you might want to look at. I don't think it is a real martial art, such as judo or any other international form of martial arts.

I think that Ansatsuken either lies in esoteria beyond my grasp or more likely it is someting that exists mainly in fiction.I think that any form practiced by a high level master or grandmaster would easily defeat lesser opponents and you could not claim it was just the art becuase the skill level between the two would have to be equal for their art to be considered superior- there would be other factors that would easily be attributed to the art when it should be to the situation.Really judgements about the effectiveness of an art based on fights between individuals would be not be appropriate. that being said,
I think that the old yang style of tai chi would be nearly unbeatable if practiced by the true chinese masters who use chi kung to fight with. Research fa-jing, dim-mak and bruce lee's one inch punch for an example of sometihng in reality - dont research something that characters use in street fighter and such.
Tai chi, WIng Chun or Hung Gar with Chi Kung principles would not give the chance to take the fight to the ground. That is why I would not agrue for a ground form. I say tai chi because I think they are the most skilled in dim-mak and fa-jing. Wing Chun in the highest levels would be devestating becuase they take their dim-mak training to a higher level than others using the mak jong. That might give them the advangage.
It you want to know about killing as easily and quickly as possible you need to research dim-mak and fa-jing and the application of chi -- of course those who know about such things would say you could not do it from simply reading about it.Tai chi and its earlier manifistations came before ninjusti and represent a longer time of development that is why I do not claim ninjitsu to be greater.Ninjitsu uses dim mak to kill as well.
IT really depends what you mean by dangerous though - I have assumed you mean killing with the hands. Considering weapons then it might be different. I could go on all day - sorry if I have went to far here.

Many kung fu styles are very dangerous. Relying on striking is very one dimensional. Relying on Jiu jitsu or wrestling is not so useful if faced with multiple opponents. Many KF styles have chin na, a most unpleasant joint locking art. There are ground fighting techniques, pressure point techniques, striking techniques and don't forget the weapons. Kung fu is not a sport, it is a martial art.

The one which the most dangerous person uses properly. On their own, martial arts are worth nothing.

Oh whatever.
It's all about the practicioner, not the style.
The more fights you've been in, real and sparring, the better you are.
