Depends on situation, and what you would like to have it lead to. I start and go with a few items. First is "How are you? Her answer is of the usual substance then she would ask "How are you"? Response is always I AM PERFECT. If the answer is wow what does that (perfect) feel like? My answer would be "Well give me a hug and you will know"
Others would be, "What a lovely day" response: Yes it is... But certainly not as lovely as you!!!!
Or, it is always a perfect day for me when I encounter such a lovely woman as yourself! Or, Wow, you are so lovely, enchanting, etc. Are you married? Need a boyfriend? Dinner partner? Handiman? Window washer? Cook? Cuz I would love to fill out one of your applications if you have any with you!
Okay, Now that you have some of these openings! YOU BETTER HAVE THE UTMOST RESPECT AND CARE AND HONESTY WHEN YOU USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Otherwise, if you do not respect the women and have the most honorable intentions toward the women that you say these words to. They will be meaningless and you will receive more anger and looks could kill than anything else. Of course you would deserve it so be honest with yourself and what you desire before you attempt any type of lines to a "respectable" woman.

Then if it is appropriate offer to buy or get her a drink and then engage her in interesting educated small talk, be trully interested in her, offer a few details about your self and then ask her.
Do Not: talk only about you, be rude, offensive, off-colored, opressive, or focused on getting her to your bedroom and let her end the night the way she want to kiss or not. more or not.
