Based on xprnced, when only copying DVD's Alcohol 120% is far better than nero, clonedvd, RoxioDVD, etc.. I suggest to make an image first and NOT to use the copy on the fly function.
If you mean mpg, avi, or movie files to DVD, I suggest pinnacle studio, adobe encore, or intervideo DVD maker..

You can look for a software name Roxio, or Sonic. But the best bet is to call the company that the computer came from and tell them that you missing files for your computer. And ask if they can ship the cds for you. Tell them that you have no software for burning cds, etc.
