I don't understand why people think it's a good idea to live with your parents as long as possible. If you are not actively seeking to leave home to grow and become your own person after high school, you are just showing laziness and lack of ambition. Get a job. If your are mid-20's and up and you STILL live with mommy and daddy, you are wrong.

This is something that your mom have to deal with.I know brother is a pain in the butt. You are going have to find other ways to deal with this situation.Talk to mom to see if she can enforce him to turn his music down.Things that you don't want your brother to touch lock it up.I know you don't want to feel like a prisoner in your home. You made have to if mom don't make no change in the home where everyone space is being repected.Again talk to mom first and see what happen.

He doesn't have to go anywhere. Discuss it with him, it doesn't sound as though you're being reasonable.

Or wait til you move out. Cos my sister is still at home and she's 25, so you may have a while to wait.

you can help him look for places to live or you can move out yourself. If you pay the bills then you need to tell him and let him know who's boss.

If it's not your house, there's nothing you can do about it. It's the owner's responsibility. If he drives you crazy, talk to him about it.
