Earthquake causes Tsunami, not the other way around. If there was a strong enough aftershock, it may cause another tsunami, but that's not the same thing as tsunami causing aftershock.
When earthquake hits, sometimes plates under the sea shifts suddenly, which will cause a massive amount of sea water to shift, which will start the wave.... travelling for hundreds of miles carrying this huge energy, when it reaches the shallow part of the sea (ie. beach) the mass and the energy has to go somewhere and it can't go down into the sand, it rises up. That's tsunami in a nutshell.
Reverse of this is impossible.

Earthquakes cause tsunamis.
If an earthquake disturbs the ocean floor in a particular way, it could cause another tsunami.

No, because a tsunami is the after effect of an earthquake. An earthquake occurs in the ocean floor, and the explosive energy is absorbed/transferred to the ocean water. And the gigantic waves that are created, releases the energy at the first solid objects which is land.

Tsunamis are actually caused BY earthquakes. And as long as Earth's tectonic plates keep moving, we will have earthquakes and tsunamis.

earthquakes cause tsunamis, tsunamis don't cause earthquakes. a tsunami is a giant wave caused by underwater turbulence, from things like earthquakes. and sometime volcanic eruptions under the ocean.
