Scrambled, with cheddar cheese, pepper jack cheese, green chilies and onions chopped finely with a side of tobasco sauce to dip with and toast! (Toast must not be too crispy or browned).

Scrambled... with chopped green bell pepper, sliced rings of Hungarian peppers, chopped tomatos, sliced Baby Portabellas and shredded Mexican 4-cheese i buy in a bag at the store. Sometimes, I toss in some chopped ham bits with more shredded cheeses and fold it over into a nice omelette! Of course it's well-seasoned with garlic salt, coarse black pepper with paprika sprinkled on top... it's the Hungarian in me.
