No its a title thats given in the military to a person. But i wanted to know what kind of title and what kind of job they do?

diplomatic protectionl liason/ they are the agency prepares the protection of our president and others prior to the arrival to foreign countries(secret service are not the only security). or in the military diplomatic political liason(CIA)

It can mean 2 things
1- Denied Person List (Like Credit Card List )
2- Digital Powerline - Early technology for transmitting data signal over power lines from Nortel, (no longer used)
