You sound very much like me before I began treatment. I live with bipolar disorder. I would bet that you also have problems getting to sleep and/or staying asleep. Bipolar disorder is a mood disturbance caused by a chemical imbalance in the brain. The only proven treatments are with medications prescribed by a doctor or psychiatrist. Only your doctor or psychiatrist can make a diagnoses. However you can check the symptoms of this disorder and compare them to your symptoms. To do this click on one of the links below. They are very informative and fairly easy to navigate.

If you wish to ask me more of just release some tension contact me at tls3123283@yahoo.com

Hope I have helped.

Yes this can be possible. I also have the same problems. I have scizoprenic with panic mood disorder and bi polar 1. I have to be very careful to take my medicine every day. If I forget, then in 2 days I will feel awful and most times don't remember what has happened .
My youngest daughter has moved me in with her and her family. I have given her power of attorney over me in case I lose it completely. Which i have done many times over the past 3 years.
Please keep on the meds. and if your not on meds. get on them. They will eventualy make you feel calm.

You need to seek further medical advice but it sounds like a bipolar disorder to me... you also can be prediabetic ... as crazy as it sounds it really affects your moods when your sugars are too low or too high... also your thyroid is an amazing little gadget that can make you highly emotional too.
Your doc is the person to see to rule out things.
