This is a very good question and I don't think it is one that we can really answer "yes" or "no" to because the idea of a human being having a soul is also up for debate.
I personally believe that we do have souls and that when our bodies stop functioning our souls leave our bodies and transcend this physical world. I also believe that god has a role in everything we do in our lives; therefore, if man were to create human clones it would stand to be as an act of god that man created the clone. Thus, the clone would have a soul as well, though, it would not be the same soul as the person the clone originated from because they would be two completely separate human beings - despite having the same physical attributes they would still be two different people.
I also think it is MORE than possible for the donor's soul and the clone's soul to be affected by each other. Think of twins and how sometimes one twin can get hurt in an accident and the other twin will just instantly know that something is wrong. I believe we all have a sixth sense, a sort of metaphysical connection to each other, and to me it seems very logical to think that donor and clone would be even more closely linked together in the chain of souls on this earth.
That's what I think. :)

Yes...the Catholic church has said that if a human is cloned he/she will have a soul.
No it will not affect the donors soul. Think of clones as a late born twin. The only thing that is different is that the clone will have a shorter life span. This is because as we grow our cells start to degenerate (this is the reason we get old and die). So if a human is cloned from a degenerated cell his/her life span will be shorter, depending on how old the donor was.

I am a clone. Look at me! I have a soul, although .. I don't think souls exist.
On a more serious note,
If you're looking at this scientifically, the clone will be like any other human being. This clone will act to what he/she is raised up to be. No, it will not take over the world.

A clone, even cloned from your DNA, is a completely separate person. They have identical DNA, but even biologically they are a separate person. You would each have your own soul. And why wouldn't a human clone have a soul if other humans do?

I doubt a clone of a human would have a soul. A soul is something only God can provide. But even if you disagree with me, would a clone go to heaven or hell like a "created human" does?

I suppose that the clone would have its own soul, since a clone is the same as an identical twin. The clone would be your younger brother. The fact that you share the same DNA is irrelevant. All of your relatives share your DNA, but they are not you.

Well Adam and Eve were both clones, Adam was made in god's image. How else would he be that if he was not clone. Then Eve was cloned from Adam's rib. Since Adam and eve both had souls then other clones must also. That is if there is a soul.

The clone must have soul. even notwithstanding its introduction will be diverse, the a twin of someone will be yet another individual which do have breath, body, recommendations etc. subsequently it is going to really have a diverse soul also. Bible obviously says all residing beings have souls. subsequently the cloned individual will actually have a soul. no longer interior a similar experience, yet Eve would properly be compared as a a twin of Adam. yet even as Eve became created out of Adam, the soul and recommendations of Eve look diverse.

Yes, i think it would have a soul. Not the same soul as the original person though. I belive if god intends us to eventually be able to clone people then these people will havve souls just like everyone else.
