I know I would. My ideal child would have beautiful blonde hair and blue eyes. Since both my parents have blue eyes and my father carries the gene for blonde hair, the probability of me producing blonde-haired/blue-eyed offspring is high (I intend to marry a girl with these traits).

I’d treat my blonde-haired children like princes & princesses. When my blonde-haired daughters become teenagers, I will disown them if they date anyone outside their race, and will frown upon boyfriends with darker features. I will also be very protective of my blonde daughters.

Any darker-haired children would receive second-rate treatment from me, and I would make my wife feel guilty if she bears any children with red hair. I will allow my darker-haired daughters date darker-haired boys, so long as they’re white. And if I have a red-haired daughter (God forbid), I wouldn’t even care if she dated/married a black man as her undesirable genes could use a cleansing. Also, any red-haired son would be forced to bleach/dye his hair or wear a cap if he wishes to be seen with me in public.

I would also discriminate against any child who becomes overweight.

Yea, I wanted my daughter to be blonde too, but guess what happens when your married to a brunett, and the child is dominate. I didn't think I would ever want a boy but I wouldn't trade my son in for anything. Once you have them it doesn't matter. So my answer would be NO!!!!!!

You may want to have your son or daughter to be born a certain way
but nature does everything it's own way no matter what. If you desire children of certain traits you would be better off to adopt a child w/h exactly the features you look for(hair, eye, skin color). And there is nothing wrong w/h interracial dating I think people who are serious about this way of life are most deserving of this kind of relationship.

I would not discriminate against any of my children, no matter how they turn out. I don't have any certain "hope" of how they will turn out, so I'm not setting myself up for disappointment.

However you raise your children is up to you.

I realize children often develop their own opinions around the age of 13, and they keep growing, shifting, evolving as they get older... and nothing I do/say will change my child's opinions.

If you are not joking, then your children are screwed one way or the other. They will grow up to hate you, because of your control-freak ways. Disowning your children for their genetics? That's something they can't control--however they turn out, they got it from YOU! You're talking about eugenics (engineering by one means or another a "perfect human." Adolf Hitler did that, so you'd be in great company (you even share his love for "aryans" and hatred for other races).

You worry me.

How old are you? 12?

No I would not treat my kids according to their hair and eye color. Or any other physical characteristic for that matter. It seems to me that if you have any dark haired children, they would actually be the lucky ones. At least you would disown them and they would be free, unlike the blonde haired children who you intend to control.

I hope you never have kids. Why are you sharing this bull crap with us on Y! anyway? Do you really think we care? Anyway, I think you are bluffing. No one can be as egotistical and self centered as you...I HOPE! You are just trying to get a rise out of everyone! Well, you got it. Satisfied?

BTW, with your attitude and cold heart, I doubt that you will ever get a woman to BEAR any kids for you! Muahaha!

Well, that doesn't seem very fair. It isn't their choice how they're born, is it? I know I'd never discriminate against my own son. I think you'll see things differently after you actually have your children; nothing's more perfect to a parent then their baby, trust me.

I would suggest that you don't have children. A parent loves their children no matter what, it's called unconditional love.
