And he knows about all of the **** I'm going through with my babies dad and hes still trying, hes like 30 something, and he wants to be in the delivery room with me, I dunno what to do, should i give him a chance or what???

He is obviously smitten with you or he would have given up a long time back. The important thing is how you feel about him. If he bothers you or you feel uncomfortable with him you need to tell him in no uncertain terms to get lost. If on the other hand you are attracted to him why not go with it. Let your feelings be the judge.
