Eggs. Definately. Low in Calories, Lots of Protein, and minimal Carbs. Since you need SOME carbs in the am, pair it with a protein shake made with milk, or simply a piece of toast or two, depending on how many calories you need for the day. Nothing with sugar like syrup, waffles, pancakes, sugar cereal, etc. And I LOVE bagels w cream cheese but its too many carbohydrates, and tons of fat and calories. It wont do anything for you long term. SO if you wanna look hot, fit, and have lots of energy, eggs!! Try it in an omelet with bacon and.or ham, with lots of veggies like tomatoes, avocado, and mushrooms and onions, and a little bit of mozarella cheese! ( With salsa on top too!) MMMMMmmmmm!

Toasted English Muffin, topped with a piece of deli ham, then scrambled eggs piled on toppped, and melted pepper jack cheese. Serve with hash browns. And don't forget tabasco sauce. Sort of a simplified eggs benedict.

My husband's homemade pancakes, turkey bacon, cold milk, and fruit. I always thought Bisquick was the only way to make pancakes til I met him. (Obviously, I'm not much of a cook.)
