In a building, there is a man who lives in the 10th floor, when the man let say goes to work at the morning, he use the elevator to go down (ground floor). When the man comes back from work and will go to his room, he can only go back to the 10th floor when it rains or when there is somebody at the elevator. when he is alone, he goes to the 7th floor? Question: why the man goes to the 7th floor?

he can only reach the 7th button and when it rains he has a umbrella to reach the 10th button when there is somebody in the elevator the guy in the elevator press the 10th button

he is too short to reach the number ten in the elevator/ the elevator only runs to the 7th floor and he has to walk up the remaining 3 floors.

He can only reach the no.7 button. When someone is there, he'll ask them to push no.10 for him. He's embarrassed to use something to help him push the higher no.10, so using an umbrella is the perfect excuse. When it's raining of course!

hes a midget so he can only reach the 7th floor button. Then he walks up the three flights but when hes with people it doesn't matter because he can be like hey dude can you press that button for me.........?
