Baking soda! If you get stung and there just happens to be some baking soda near by then take a pinch and mix it with a little bit of water to form a paste and put it on the sting. There's something about the alkaline (or acid, can't remember wich :p ) in it that neutralizes the bee sting. Just remember that if it was a honey bee that stung you to remove the stinger, and if you're not against it, you can try to suck out the venom.

Adolph's meat tenderizer...
while the other treatments do good, let's look at what a bee sting is...
it's a super-concentrated shot of protein. The reason our skin reacts to it with swelling and itching is because we can't absorb that much in one small location that quickly.
The meat tenderizer breaks down protein. Make a paste with some water.

Take a little bit of tobacco from a cigarette and put it on the sting. Moisten it so it will stick to the skin. It really works! I have never tried it with dip, or chewing tobacco, only cigarette tobacco.

First of all, if the stinger is still attached to your body, you need to remove it. DON'T pull it out but rater scrape across it with a credit card or the like. I grew up with the 1st aid being a paste made from baking soda and water.
