Theres no age limit as far as possessing one, but most states have laws regarding making harmful content available to a minor, and since most sex stores sale porn stuff its pretty much off limits to minors. Depending on your age if an adult gave it to you it could technically be interpreted by some conservative court as "Contributing to Delinquency of a Minor" or border on some other sex offense if he or she did more than get it for you. The easiest and most private way is to purchase a gift Visa or Mastercard at a local Walgreen's or some other place and have it sent to a friend's address or something. You don't even have to purchase the card in your name, or order it online in your name. If you have a valid Credit Card or Gift Card all they want is the money. They'll ask if your 18, but trust me, there's no way either of you would get in trouble nor would any agency be interested in investigating it, and there's really no offense to prosecute either of you under. Goverment law enforcement agencies don't have the funds or the resources or consider it a priority considereing more serious offenses, such as tracking sexual predators. It's done everyday, and thats not an unnatural thing though some conservatives may disagree. Most cards are bought and used to order Rx drugs annonymously online, I think you idea of fun is much safer and prob more fun for you. But then thats a PERSONAL opinion, and not a professional one.

i'm pretty sure you have to be 18...but if you're not 18 and still want to get your vibe on...you can get other things that vibrate, like a back massager or something like that.

If you have a credit card you can purchase one online, if you don't I guess you'll have to get someone that's 18 go into a sex shop and buy it for you.

There are adult toy stores or you can order them anonymously Thur mail order. There is no law about when you can purchase a sexual aid unless there is a store policy they will sell you one and even help you select the most appropriate one.
