Having lost my mom in 2003 I would take the Vial Hoping it would cure ALL mothers and people of cancer

To be tottaly honest, I would take the cash and then take my mother to do everything in the world she would want to do. I would then take her to the best doctors after this or maybe even during. If there was a vail with the cure then I am sure I could get it somewhere cheaper than a billion dollars anyway. I am sure that my mother would love to see all the things on her wish list even if she had cancer.

You didn't say if the cancer was malignant or benign.
Either way, I would probably take the money, then buy the vial for $100 million and still have $900 million left to party like it's 1999!

the vial i will give a sample to a lab then the rest to my mom being the one who found a cure for cancer and getting paid money for finding it. i kinda get both cases

Honestly...there is no replacing a human life. If there was a cure in that vial..I would have to go with it.

My mother is dead but if the vial contained something to bring her back, in good health, I'd take the vial.
