Having eaten NY pizza, I'd say Mike's.

The strange thing is, upstate New Yokers love Pizza Hut, why I don't know! They also love Taco Bell!

But my experience with true NY pizza came from Peter's in Wolcott, NY. Peter's used to be in Queens and they relocated about 12 years ago and people from Queens and Brooklyn used to drive 7 hours to go to the new location when they moved!

Anything you get outside of NYC and the Mid-Hudson Valley will be a major compromise! Funny though, when it's not available, you convince yourself it's really good until you go back and get the real heavenly thing.
Californians make pizza that only Californians could eat.
