If the woman is small, had a lump on her stomach and had pain in all 4 quadrants of her abdomin.

Lump on her stomach doesn't sound good at all. The BP was probably elevated bcecause the women didn't know what was going on, especially if she was in an ambulance on her way to a hospital.

Normal BP for a pregnant women, at least for my wife, was 135/85

It is probably high now because of the pain and being pregnant,
Its should be no more then 140 over 90, but it might be higher.
Its not good any higher then that.
