1993 saab 900 problems with rough running, stalling,burning rich.?

could happen anytime,hot or cold.will fire up after severl minutes.
new plugs,wires,cap and 02 sensor.could it be mass air sensor?

Vacume leak, or stuck open EGR valve.

Yes it could be mass air flow meter you need to get a code read out to be sure.

Did you gap the plugs?
