Measure from one opposing wall to the other. Now measure from the other two opposing walls. Multiply the two figures you came up with. That's the square footage. Unless, of course, your bedroom has five walls.

Measure from the ceiling to the floor and side to side...Then multiply the numbers (this is Length X Height). Do this for each wall and then add the numbers that were multiplied. You should have a toal of four sets of numbers.
Make sure to get the measurements of doors and windows in this fashion as well...and minus those from the total.

Measure the length and breadth of the room in feet and multiply. You get square feet size of yr bed room.
