No, the law still stands, and has not changed. It defines what sin is, absolutes that our laws even today are built upon.
What changed was the covenant God made with mankind. If you change the word new and old "testament" to "covenant", you can get a better idea. Through Jesus, God formed a new covenant with mankind. The Law is now not merely the words of God written on stone, but the living word written within the mind and hearts of believers by the Holy Spirit.

No the law hasn't been changed it just means that we have a new motivation now and what I mean by that is love will fulfill those laws. If you loved God, love others as you would yourself you wouldn't commit the Ten Commandments, or do anything to hurt anyone including gossiping, acting like you're working so you don't have to help the next customer, be rude when you don't get your way... you know things like that. Loving when its hard is our challenge and way of life, not all the shoulda, coulda, woulda's of a "religion". Its your relationship with God and He will convict you whether one thing is wrong/right for you. So the law hasn't been changed, just a new motivation of love instead of fear.

Jesus was a Jewish Rabbi...He studied & learned the Jewish laws...He did not change them...He quoted from these laws and gave a further understanding of what they meant.
No, God was not and is not wrong...It is necessary to see from a broader, total overall picture, to grow in your knowledge of God, to draw closer to him. God can handle that...and so can you.
Just ask him to show you what he would have you know. If you are sincere about that, he will...probably over a period of time.

No, it means that he gave the Jews the law to show them what sin was. But non of them kept that law, so he sent his son, Jesus Christ to write the law on our hearts and have our sins forgiven by faith in his blood. Read The Apostle Paul to the Romans. three times.

Jesus stated "I am come not to replace the Law but to fulfill the Law". I think this indicates his knowledge of his deity and his recognition of the necessity of the law.
