I would have the classic 5-6 course Italian culture meal. Soup to
Nuts. I would have Antipasto salad, Chicken or turkey noodle or orzo or wedding soup, pasta and meatballs or sausage, then the
main course Prime rib , potato, corn on the cob and baked stuffed
shrimp, and for dessert a big piece of pie or cake with ice cream.
Lots of vino , wine but coffee with dessert. A old fashioned Italian
wedding reception or when you had out of state company come in on a weekend is when we would feast like this. Now a days, you could never put away this much food but when I was little we
used to be able to eat alot of this and not gain weight either. We
used to end the day with fruit- usually melon. I am lucky if i can
even fit in dessert after one course now and then I gain weight.

Yummy hot crispy bread for starters, cooked hot scallops for an entree (perfectly cooked and presented) , this of course would all be served in the best five star restaurant! Then as a main course I would have only...West coast whitebait. And for a desert maybe some wonderful indulgent mud cake with lots of whipped cream. And of course wonderful exotic white expensive wine to wash it all down with. Divine!

I probably wouldn't be able to eat if I knew I were about to die, nor enjoy it if I did eat. If I did however it would probably be a plate full of very lean medium rare steal with a big baked potato full of butter and sourcream.
To drink I'd probably want a lot of alcohol to try to keep my mind off the fact that I'm about ready to die... lol
