i have lied but not on a regular basis, and not with ant bad intentions

Ask her why she thinks you are lying to her. Tell her if you guys are going to have a good relationship, you will have to learn to trust eachother and talk about things.

If she is accusing you of lying everytime you say something then I guess that you two weren't meant to be friends, or in any sort of relationship. First, as friend that has many experiences, tell her that you are NOT lying, and inside of you you know that you aren't a liar. Admit that you have lied, that every living being does, but accusing someone 24-7 is hurtful and it makes you feel a dishonest person. That'll get her to realize all the bad things she has accused you for, and if she doesn't listen or is being rude about it, let your friendship pass by. You were always the stronger character, so be proud of yourself, and she just lost a GREAT friend.

okay this is the deal----when ever you tell her things you think she may not believe---back it up with proof...when she finds she can believe you- her trust will be there
if you have to lie then dont talk at all or change the subject ....that, will save you.
