hmmm..might be difficult.

English is ruined by the Americans, true English is hardly spoken anywhere anymore.

Robin Hood was probably the last living person to truly speak English, so i'd try the University of Nottingham...even if Robin Hood seemed to have lived somewhere else. Mythes live forever, and probably Nottingham could teach you the real English.

The best way to learn English (or any foreign language) is to live in a country that speaks English. You can learn a few basic phrases from a book/discs to get around then arrange to live and work in an English speaking country. As to finding work, be prepared to take on anything legal, say washing dishes in a restaurant (I've done it). Another option: If there is a Berlitz or other immersion course where you live, go talk with them.
Good luck go with you.

i learned english in an english course here in brazil, but when i turned 15 i went to england and lived there for 5 months, it was a great experience. by then i had already finished my english course, as i started very young, so my english was already good by then. but going to england made all the difference, you get fluent in the language.
now that i'm back, i study at the british school of rio de janeiro and i learn every single subject in english, apart from portuguese, of course ;). it's great really.
you can take lessons. but you have the opportunity go abroad.
