Another tip is to look up online consumer reviews of acne products before you buy them, using sites like epinions.com or drugstore.com. A great website I use to get cosmetic reviews is makeupalley.com (A mostly women's site).
In general, for clear skin it helps if you: don't touch/pick at your skin, drink lots of water, wash your hair frequently, change your pillowcases, exercise, wear little make-up (or if needed, hypo-allergenic makeup), and minimize stress. Hope this helps!

go to a dermatologist and get on retin-a micro or accutane. My friend is a dermatologitst who had acne and she used accutane and hasn't had acne for the past 8 years. Don't waste your money on over the counter products

If you cant find products that work for you, have you tried a dermatoligist..that way the doctor will prescribe something he thinks is good and then you can experience it for your self..Also try not wearing any makeup if you do and dont eat to much junk

I spent over a thousand dollars on my sons acne with various dermatologists and prescription meds.... nothing worked. I bought pro activ and it cleared up within a week... I'd try that before spending $$$$ on doctors....

have you ever seen a dermatologist and gotten antibiotic treatment of one kind or another? that's the best solution. beats trying different products for years without finding the "right" one.

rubbing urine on your face works great do it for atleat 7 days i did dont tell anyone do it before bed and wash in the morning, seriously-Maria
