Did You. I didn't, but just in case.., in VN , ThaiLand you can have fried scorpions in the menu of lots of restaurant, esp.. in ThaiLand or Cambodia. People believe that eating Scorpions may improve your health.

but I've eaten beetles (spicy, crunchy)
and corn fungus (salty)
bear (rancid)
snake (chewy)
spider (hairy)
crocodile (... not so good)

also some scorpions are poisonous so I suppose you'd have to prepare them properly otherwise they might just kill you...
