For example someone might ask is your little brother mean. someone answers....i don't have a little brother. OR Teenagers only....answer...I'm not a teenager. Wasting peoples time!

Sadly those people have nothing better to do.
Of course it could be to get the points for the the question as well. I'm not really sure but sometimes it annoying but fun.

They answer because you are asking the WORLD. You can't prevent people from answering questions here. But if someone doesn't attempt to answer the question, you can report them for violating the guidelines.
