My brother is 2 years my elder, and him and I used to be close, until he started to get into the teen years. Now we never talk, but he treats everybody else in the family (except me) with respect and he treats them like a friend. I asked him if he hares but he didn't say anythng. Everytime I try and tlak to him, he either mumbels, or doesn't say anythng. Should I keep trying or jsut give up? And if I should try, then how do I begin?

I'm sure that part of the problem is hormones. He is starting to grow up and become a man. It's not cool to be friends with your younger sister, that's what most young men think. I'm sure that he does love you, he is just going through some changes. Just give him some space for now and it will pass. He is just going through a phase right now.

Give him some time. It was the same with my brother who is 2 yrs older and I. Now in our 20's we are best friends.
