if you can get your doc to prescribe zyrtec instead of benadryl, you should.
AND....you should have the option to speak with a nurse 24 hours a day at your docs office...most of them have that option.
If she is throwing up, pediasure in SMALL (2 tablespoons) doses every two hours or so. If she keeps it down, try a four ounce bottle of it after 24 hours. If she doesn't keep it down, start over...2 tablespoons per hour.
NO VITAMINS, NO BENADRYL, JUST FLUIDS.
Consider getting the clear pedialyte, less harmful to little tummies. But DO call your docs office and leave a message, a nurse should be able to call you back, if not, find any doctors office in your area that will help you.
Stay away from food for now. At a year and a half, she should just start with the basics. Make sure she is peeing....if doesn't have wet diapers, she is dehydrated and it may be a trip to the ER
Good luck

well my sister is exactly like that and it all started wen she was only like 4 months old.. and now she's almost 6(in december!! i cant wait!! i love her ) and she had a continuous cold and it would never go away and her nose- omg! it NEVER stopped running and she was always coughing and stuff and she NEVER ate.. well she did but like nothing healthy or anything other than cereal.. and even wen she did eat, it wasnt much.. so we took her to the doctor at the start of her bad cold and they said it was something wrong with her nose and stuff.. i dont exaclty remember all the details cuz i was only like 12 years old or something... so we got sugery done on her which stil didnt really help.. so she just recently got another surgery and its finally fixed... so basically, go to a doctor right away and make sure they r a good doctor or else u'll end up like my sister with a cold for 4 years... so yea.. just go to the doctor because it will definatly help.. im not exactly sure why my sister never eats but shes gettting much better.. i think it might be just a stage in her life, like it was with my sister.. im not sure.. but yea, go to a doctor and ask about the not eating thing too... good luck hun :-)

Give her 1/2 of a kid's multi-vitamin each day, or have her drink a nutrient supplement. Give her some Benadryl each night. This will treat her allergy problem.

BANANAS, MASHED POTATOES, SWEET POTATOES, OATMEAL, RICE,CHICKEN, TURKEY, DELI MEAT ON BREAD...NO MILK PRODUCTS THOUGH, BECAUSE OF ALL THE STICKY MUCOUS, WHICH CAN COMPLICATE THINGS. PEADIALYTE IS GOOD IF YOU CAN GET HER TO DRINK IT, AND PEDIASURE HAS ALL THE NUTRIENTS SHE NEEDS. YOU CAN LIVE OFF OF PEDIASURE, WITHOUT EVER EATING AGAIN!!

See if you can give her some benadryl. That helps for allergies and is good for small kids.
