Go to a large supermarket on Saturday morning. There will be several people demonstrating products and giving free samples.

Not too early, usually around 9 or 10 am is good.

Where I live (Vancouver Canada) we have food banks and soup kitchens for people that are poor. Is that what you are going for, as I wonder if you can afford to have a computer and high speed Internet then how is you are out of food? Sorry, I just had to ask the obvious.

Go to the supermarket on the weekends and wander around sampling all the free food. Those grandmas that work the sample stands are willing to give more than one if you chat them up.

Get a piece of cardboard, write on it I need food...then go stand on the corner of a freeway offramp and people will give you money...then you can go to the grocery store, or Wendy's and get a $.99 crispy chicken sandwich.
