Islam is in your hands, that is Quran. This is the whole Islam.
If you study quran you will find every thing about islam.
If you want to join any university, you may go to Saudia Arabia, Pakistan, India, Egypt.
There are so many universities , Alhamdo Lillah, serving very best.
In the mean time you may visit following websites, I am sure you will find them very usefull;
www.irf.net
www.tanzeem.org
www.darsequran.com
etc.
Even you will find so many related links too to go arround.
I do hope that it will answer your question and pray for you that
May Allah the Almighty give you the best knwledge of islam and this wolrd. Aameen

have u thought of international islamic university malaysia
its rather hot here but if ur looking for knowledge of islam its a good place to start with
we study both islamic and western studies here
if u go to the countries uv mentioned u need to know arabic
in iium the main language of communication is english
but they only take muslims from foreign countries
if u are than itll be ok
if not go vist the nearest mosque but try not to learn from a newly convert
u tend to be more confused
if there are no places for u tto learn the religion go hijrah to another country
a muslim country...

Wassalam 3alaykom Wa Rahmatu Allahi Wa Barakatuh,

There are two forms of knowledge in Islam: Outer Knowledge (Knowledge of Books) through reading books/University & Inner Knowledge (Knowledge of Tastes).

I recommend that you perform Istikhara and get advice from God. http://islam.about.com/blistikhara.htm

If you are interested to gain knowledge to get closer to God. I highly recommend that you ask God to send you someone who can get you closer to Him.

May God Guide you and get you closer Inshalla.

Assalam 3alaykom,

Shawkat
