Love them! the super ones, in user-friendly terms the gentle suggestion, are eaten (after being boiled) with a French dressing dressing. The small ones could be fried or flavor attractive conserved in olive oil. as properly there are various dishes like Risotto,Raviolis etc. the place they are used. The flavor is slightly bitter and Artichokes additionally are good to your wellbeing.
