probably, but you won't be alive to see it, and neither will I so it doesn't make a difference.

100 years ago man couldn't fly.it was impossible.then two guys built a wood and canvas airplane.
75 years ago man couldn't fly faster than the speed of sound. It was called the Sound Barrier
44 years ago man couldn't fly into space...the radiation belts would kill him.
37 year ago man couldn't fly to the moon.the radiation belts, the computer support, the physics....
20 years ago Stephen Hawking....and if you don't know who he is look him up; a genius on the level of Newton and Einstein....was on the set of Star Trek: The Next Generation. He looked at the warp drive engines and said..."I'm working on it".

Not in your lifetime and maybe never. First, before we can even go to Mars we have to solve the radiation problem. And for interstellar or intergalactic travel, we'd have to find a way past einstien's theory. As we approach the speed of light, time slows down. According to einstien, if you were travelling on a spacecraft with just enough fuel to achieve light speed, the last drop of fuel that you needed to burn to achieve light speed would burn forever.

The future is a very large place. In a couple of thousand years, I doubt we (you or me) would even recognize the means of transportation. Honestly, given the time, I would bet on the human race accomplishing anything it tried to do and a significant number of things it didn't intend.

nothing can go faster than light (alhough they have made light go faster than itself)
Galaxies are millions of light years away
that means evens if we do get some way to go at the speed of light, it will still take millions of years to get there
so yeah, just have like couple hundred families in the spacecraft and we'll reach the galaxies with peolpe on them
