I'm a trumpet player and need to save my lungs but am currently sitting in a room full of clove smokers which has my 2nd hand smoking at an all time high... Can someone help me? I heard something about crystalization?

Clove cigarettes are at least as bad a regular cigarettes (they contain 60% regular tobacco); and their second-hand smoke is at least as dangerous.

Wow! I never heard of such a thing....
But, health wise? Any kind of smoke inhalation will irritate the bronchials and cause inflammation. We were made to breathe in oxygen, nothing else.

All ciggarrettes are bad.Don't be around when they smoke.
