Follow the brat diet.

b = bananas
r = rice
a = apple sauce not juice too acidy for your stomach ache
t = toast no butter just dry

and some ginger ale helps too.

to use a hotpack on it, eat crackers, and drink ginger ale, also just to relax, otherwise, i dont know :) good luck with this
