I take at least two, often up to four or five BC powders a day for sinus headaches. Each dose contains 650 mg of aspirin. Is this too much? And if so, what harm can it cause?

(Prescription allergy medicines have never helped me. The only thing that works for me is the BC powder and a twice daily dose of OTC pseudophedrine.)

Sounds like you're an addict. You better get help quick. I hear BC is the gateway drug to crack.

Sometimes, the aspirin itself causes headaches if you take too much. I would try to gradually reduce that dosage until it is about one BC powder a day. And that should help. If not, see a doctor and he will be able to find the source of the sinus headaches. For mine, I drink a lot of hot tea, sleep on my side, and keep a cool temperatured house. That helps.

try sud-fade or try a humidifier at night but be careful taking that that to much and keep your filter clean in the house .
