Shells- made into cold salad with olive oil and cut up veggies, mainly celery and bell pepper, or with a marinara sauce, or quick southwestern, with chopped onion, corn, red beans, and chili powder.

Being Italian I prefer to make mine with fried garlic... what I do is I saute sliced garlic, green onions some celery leaves in some olive oil, and then pour it over my pasta with some oregano and some season salt, mix that all together and then I put freshly chopped tomatoes and cheese on top..mmm thats the best.

i love my personal lasagna--and it tastes even extra acceptable the day after I make it for some reason. Creamy ricotta cheese and gooey mozzarella cheese, so yummy with the lasagna noodles. hen alfredo is delicious, so is spaghetti--i love angel hair pasta with it because it really is finer than wide-spread spaghetti noodles and chefs in a jiffy.
