My guy friend always makes fun of me! But it's in a joking way though, because he says the only reason he does it is because he likes me. But how do I find out if he "likes" me more than a friend? Because the majority of his friends are girls and I am pretty but not as pretty as some of them. I want to know because the more I talk to him the more I like him and I don't know if he is my friend or if he likes me.

I am pretty, where does that come from? usually when people like each other, they want to let the other person know that they like them as quickly as possible. he isn't letting you know in any certainty, so maybe he doesn't like you like you like him. or maybe he doesn't have any intestinal fortitude like you and has difficulty expressing his intentions. put it on the table, if it works great, if not , you can move on without regret.

in a way he does like you and in a way is hard to tell. because yeah guys play around girls they like, but have you ever been intimate with him? I know this girl i like and we have been intimate before but now were friends and when we are having a serious conversation sometimes i start to joke with her. so he kind of likes you but not to the point that is deeply in love with you. because if he was he would be too scared to something that would piss you off and never talk to him again.

it depends what he makes fun of you about really, it could be either way though. It's a tough situation, cause I joke around with some of my best female friends, yet I do the same with my girlfriend, and there's not that much of a difference. But it does show that he's comfortable around you :)

I'm a guy and I've noticed that after spending awhile with a girl who I like i tend to joke at her more in a flirting manner. I say go with it unless he does that with all his girl friends. If your still worried just ask.

Hard one. I have been there. Ask him next time he makes fun of you why and when he says he likes you say how or in what way. Make it sound sweet and caring. Maybe, if he isn't stupid, he will get the point and hopefully it will work out for yall. I wish you luck.

I'm in the same place as you. this guy at my school, keeps making fun of me, hitting me, etc. and i know he likes me. so most likely, the answer, is yes!

remember when you were little and if a guy liked you he'd bully you? Hopefully when he's teasing you it's like that.
Why don't you ask him if he's teasing..and let him know how it makes you feel when he teases you.

yes most likely guys pick on girls they like, he might like you beyond your looks or he may think you are hotter than those girls who knows
