could it be because your cheating a$$ was cheating on their moma..and then you left them high and dry and you've been gone and out of the picture for oh say going on 4 1/2 years and now that your sorry a$$ has realized just how bad you screwed up you think you can walk right back in the door. could that be why? oh no, not you..... it couldn't possilby have anything to do with you now could it? Nope..you haven't had a hand in any issues that could have brought you to this question board to say oh, woe is meeeee..poor little innocent me..why can't i see my children?' look within yourself..there lies the answer.... you know why you can't see 'em why you asking us!

well it depends on what is in the court documents. Are you paying child support if you are ordered to pay child support then you have all rights to see your children. But if you are not paying child support then you have no rights. also if the mother found reason that stood up in the courts for reason why you should not be aloud to see your kids. Now on a third not if you are paying child support and you are not behind and the mother doesnt have a protection order out on you for some reason then go to your local law enforcment and ask for help so that you may see your children.

Where are they? Go see them, unless the law says you can't. If there is not court order you can have who ever is keeping them held in contempt if it's your time to see the kids. Fight it man I'm glad to see a dad trying, to many would let their kids go and that's too painful. Keep trying and good luck.

Well thousands of reasons
paternity custody, domestic violence, separation, or because the distance between you and your child.
Don't think of yourself but of the well being of your child. Being a parent it's not all about being financially stable but also being mentally and physically able show a good example to your child.
