Remind them that eating a piece of pizza or a big mac once in awhile isn't a bad thing, we all deserve a treat once in awhile. If they do eat it, just enjoy it. Don't try to vomit it up. Believe me, it tastes worse the second time around :-)
If this person continues to do the vomiting after eating its time to see a doctor. This can turn into a major health problem. Just remember, its ok to enjoy something special once in awhile

There is no pill and vomiting is very bad. I will ruin the enamel on the kids teeth! This is called an eating disorder and is not good.

oh my, As long as you eat alot of healthy food, there's nothing wrong with "junk food" once in awhile. You're doing WAY more damage forcing yourself to vomit after you eat. That'll cause heart problems if you keep it up. PLEASE don't do that anymore. You are sure to be healthy if you eat the right foods,(veggies, fruits, nuts, fish, etc.) and get good exercise regularly. If you do all of that, you can enjoy "junk food" once in awhile without having to throw it up. Almost forgot; drink plenty of WATER.:)

Vomiting is not healthy! Bulimia is an eating disorder, please do not encourage it. When people throw up, stomach acid burns their throat and can increase tooth decay. PLEASE SEE A DOCTOR ABOUT THIS, THIS IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM.
Maybe your kids are lactose intolerant. Why not try to make different kinds of pizza, one that tastes good but is not as greasy?

Yes, it's called avoidance. Or, if it's not practical to avoid junk food, then moderation. His system is trying to tell him something. He could have allergy to something in them, i.e., particular grease that is used, etc.
