Throw the potatos in the microwave. It's faster and just as good.

For a quality baked potato .. set your oven to 250 degrees, and slow-bake forked potato with 1 teaspoon crisco rubbed all over skin and wrapped in foil for 2-3 hours. Slow-cooking process will give your potato a creamier texture in your mouth.
As for chicken, depends on how you are cooking your fillets. If they are not breaded fillets cook at 350 degrees until the juices run clear. Depending on your heat source, should take between 7-10 minutes per side. Good luck!

I cook baked potatoes at 350 for an hour wrapped in foil in the oven. If I am in a hurry, i poke them with a knife a few times to get some steam holes, dampen them with water, wrap in a paper towel and use that magnificent baked potato button on my microwave. Chicken fillets I usually put in the oven again at 350 for about 15 minutes on one side and 10 minutes on the other depending how big they are. When you take them out of the oven cut them open so you can see the middle and make sure the meat is white with no pink. If you have a George Foreman grill chicken fillets only take about seven minutes to cook.

Potatoes: 350, one hour & fifteen minutes.
Chicken fillets: place them in a baking dish that has a cover. Pour something really good on them...soy sauce, or cream of chicken soup or barbecue sauce...and a handfull of mushrooms. Put the cover on the dish and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.

It's too hot to cook baked potatoes. Poke holes in them, wrap in plastic wrap, and stick them in your microwave for 10-15 minutes depending on how large, and quantity.
