I am also 5'8" and weigh 150lbs and have for years. It is the perfect weight! I have weighed 132 before but I was so unhappy! I have found that this is my perfect weight.

You're still young so losing too much weight would be bad. Congrats on the weight loss. I think that you're at a good weight. As long as you are happy and healthy make sure to go see a doctor for sure.

Your ideal weight should be around 145. But if you feel good and look good, then be happy the way you are. Congrats on the 25 pound reduction!

I'd shoot for 145. I'm 5'9" if I stand up straight, weigh 144, but I could lose a few. 152 is not bad. It's all up to what you want.

Forget about weight and look instead at your overall fitness level and your body fat %. If you are firm and fit and healthy, then your weight is perfectly normal.

i think it all depends on what percentage of your 152 #'s is actual muscle vs. fat. muscle weighs more that fat, so actual numbers on a scale isn't the real issue. it's what make up that weight that matters. have a body fat % test, then go from there.

dont keep loosing, you have a high chance of ending obssesing about your weight and it could turn into an eating disorder....if you do loose, have a doctor monitor you and tell u when you should stop and just guide you
