this is going to sound really weird but my sister used to bite her nails so we got this nail polish that was supposed to taste like earwax and she quit biting her nails with a quickness i believe it was non toxic so if you painted it on your wires im sure it would leave a bad taste in your kittens mouth

possibly he's teething if he's youthful or he's very bored. Tape each and every of the wires down on the carpet with duct tape and save all different wires like headphones out of attain even as no longer in use. grant him a snort toys and chewing toys so he will stay busy. puppy shops even promote cat chewing bones/sticks so that you'll attempt that too. If he nonetheless chew on wires you could hiss at him. it really is a prevalent sound of danger or disapproval so he'd understand. Then toss him some toys or chewing bones so he'd get distracted.

This is gonna sound mean but it will work i promise. Rub tabasco sause on the cable and when your cat chews the wire its mouth will get hott after bout 2 or 3 times the cat will stop. I know this works cuz i did it.

Take a paint brush and lightly coat your wires with something very bitter. Your cat will try to chew on it again, and get a taste of whatever is bitter and she/he won't ever want to chew on the wires again!!!

You mean electrical wires? Get some flexible rubber tubing and slit it once all the way down. Slip the wires in, and not only is kitty safe, but the back of your computer desk looks tidy!
Tabasco sauce sometimes works, too, but it's rather messy to coat all of your wires in it.
Good luck!

Cats hate anything citrussy or bitter, so try spritzing wires with vinegar or lemon juice, and try to keep as few wires where it can access as possible.
