If it was just a normal cigarrette its probably becasue your not used to whats inside of it. Theres a lot of garbage in them.... don't worry drink some water and calm down. If it dosent stop maybe you should tell an adult.... but i personally think you should not do that again becasue a puff can lead to a lot. Thats just my opinon.

youll be fine I smoke alot I was in the hospitol(not for smoking) for 5 days as soon as I got up I lit up and felt just like you did you bodys not used to it. same thing happens to everyone the 1st time they smoked Be cool youre not going to die!

Yes you are going to die - because tobacco kills. I don't see why you're doing it. If you are young, which you do sound, you have a life ahead of you. Please take my suggestion, quit smoking. Neither it's cool, nor satisfying. Change before it's late.

Nope, that's what happens to some people when they first start smoking.
Be warned! It has been proven that people who feel sick when they first smoke have a MUCH harder time quitting than people who don't feel sick when they start.
