Well wether you realize it or not , you have already taken it to the next level. Kissing is an intimate way of connecting your bodies to show what you feel. If you didn't enjoy it or enjoy each other then you wouldn't have started kissing in the first place. Now, another thing. Girls are more emotionaly attached to kissing than guys. A kiss can connect a girls heart to who she is kissing. A guy can kiss a girl to seewhat it feels like physically. Has he mentioned taking it to the next level? If not he may not work as hard on starting a close relationship as you. He has already had your lips. He might think it would be easy to get the rest of you. You know: no challenge!experience

Have you told him that you are interested in him? How about just deepening the kiss...that should give him the message! If not, why don't you just take it to the next level and he will follow!

Kissed ? as in hello and goodbye ? or more than that ?
Maybe he's a little shy or reluctant as he doesn't want to ruin a good friendship ( or think he may ). Umm, how about getting him on the couch n' throwing a leg over ? this would probably resolve any doubts. :)

If yall dont go out maybe yall should, if your not goin out talk to him about goin out if he acts like he dont want to i wouldnt go to the next level
but if he wants to ask after yall talk wait a week and then talk to him about goin to the next level but if it seems to fast in a week take your time

my cousin had the same problem until i told her to talk to him more and tell him how she felt but not to try too hard. now she's engaged and i'm gonna be in the wedding.
