they sit on the dealers lot until they sell i used to sell cars for many years i have seen some dealers that have had 1997 ford aspire in 2001 that had never been sold the law is until that car or truck is titled it is a new car only dealers that really suck have this problem you don't see it to often most of the time the last of the previous years stock is completely sold by Feb

The unsold car are discounted and most will be sold. I a particular dealership cannot sell the overstock the car are sent to dealerships in other areas who can sell them.

Their given to people the government thinks deserve them. Foreigner, other country's, etc... you know, everybody that isn't American. Oh, and their sold at auctions, or given to Charity's. I'm just always lookin for a way to bash the government, whether I'm Right or not. 'Just a thought'

i think they are moved around to differnet car lots till they are sold

They are farmed out to dealers who are given incentives to sell them, and if that doesn't work, they are auctioned off.
