Um, I think only if you drop the computer in the water or if the cord gets in the water. But why take any chances?

Actually if you visit some adult type sites...There is a good chance you would be shocked!!! Not by the AC (Alternating Current [uhhh...electricity] but by what you see)!

no the voltage is way too low unless you soak the power cord in water
