How about a cookie/candy called Snappy Turtles ,cow pies or some call them lunchroom cookies because we had them in elem. school? You use 4 cups oatmeal, 1 stick of butter-melted,4 Tablespoons cocoa, and 3/4 cup smooth Peanut butter. In a 3 qt. pan with handle - Mix the melted butter and cocoa well and then add the P-nut butter, and add the oatmeal last. Stir until it thickens, approx 4 min. and immediately drop by large spoonfuls onto waxed paper. Cool -if you can wait that long!Easy, great, cheap, and you can't eat just one! OR GRAB A HANDFUL OF CHOC. CHIPS AND MUCH AWAY!

Slice up a 2 cups of apples and squeeze 1 lemon juice over the top to stop browning.
Sprinkle in 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon over the top.

Mix together 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup oatmeal or any unsugared breakfast cereal with 1 stick of room temp/softened butter for the topping.

Put apples in a pie plate or small baking dish and cover with the topping and bake at 325 degrees for 30-40 mins and serve with vanilla ice cream.

Rice Krispie treats, are they really baked goods? Who cares, they are good! You can make them with Fruity Pebbles and Cocoa Krispies too. Or add peanut butter. The best are made with cocoa krispies with instant coffee added in. Man those are good! They will keep you awake too.
