She is your daughter, you are her mother, you can choose whatever name you like regardless if anyone else likes it. Be confident. Selena Jade does sound fine together.

Thats a beautiful name. Selena means moon and Jade is a beautiful, mysterious green stone. How lovely. Feminine and sweet, and won't cause her distress when she is an adult:)

I find nothing wrong with this name. In fact it is very beautiful and unique. In regards to her growing up and exposure to mean school children, again I can find no way in which they could make fun of her name... Good choice!

well it depends on your last name. if you like ppl can call her by one name only and keep the other as a middle name. or ppl can call her by the middle name. nobody really has two first names, and nobody is really called by both first names anyway, so i dont see how it matters. it does sound good on paper though, congradualtions.
